The company is owned by Mr. Daxesh D. Patel by discovering a modern Spinning mill and Surgical unit. Mr. Daxesh D. Patel established the Nivik Group to limelight through the establishment of a Textile unit and Surgical Unit. Nivik Group is a fast-growing company producing a range of products that is established in 2011 with a spinning plant in the textile division of 28000 spindles which is situated at Village Amletha, Tal. Nandod, Dist. The Narmada, which came under the Notified Backward Area, dominated by the Adivasis & Tribal area. It is located at 55kms from Ankleshwar and Bharuch and 80 km from Vadodara.

The Company is managed by the Board of Directors who are mostly professionals and have rich and wide experience in their respective fields.

This modern composite Spinning Mill was established with the latest machineries with a capacity of producing 28000 spindles. This mill produces Polyester yarns and Fancy yarn for the domestic and export market. Currently, the management of this industrial unit is in a process of refurnishing the entire Spinning Mill. We also Produce Absorbent Cotton Wool, Bleached Cotton, Bleached Comber and Other Surgical Products with the capacity of 10 Tons/ Day
